WorkersWeb Standard Terms and Conditions
Our fee is payable within 14 days of the candidate commencing employment, whether as an individual or other legal entity, or as a part to whom you introduce the candidate within
6 months of the last date of referral.
The fee is payable by the employer only and is calculated at 15% (excl VAT) of the total cost to company package, offered to the prospective candidate.
A flat fee of R 3,500 (excl VAT) is payable for all appointments where the salary structure is commission based only.
A three month guarantee is applicable for all placements, except commission or fixed term contract appointments. The guarantee is considered null and void if the payment is not
made within 14 days of the candidate commencing employment, or if the termination of employment is due to operational requirements, breach of the employment contract or unfair
labour practice which causes the candidate to resign.
Our rebate constitutes 60% of the placement fee, should the candidate leave in the 1st month of employment and 50% in the 2nd and 3rd month.
Requests for rebates or the replacement of a candidate, need to be made in writing to WorkersWeb within 3 working days of the last day of employment of the candidate.
Fixed Term Contract placements are calculated at 15% of the salary, multiplied by 12 months. This is applicable whether the contract is for more or less than 12 months and implies
that the Client is the candidate's direct employer and pays the candidate directly. No further fees will arise should the client employ the candidate permanently.
All references are strictly confidential and should never be discussed with the candidate.
WorkersWeb will use its best endeavours to select and screen suitable candidates for our clients. The final decision is made by the client, therefore WorkersWeb shall not be liable to the client for:
Any loss, damage, costs or expenses arising directly or indirectly, as a consequence of any act or omission, whether negligent, dishonest, fraudulent or otherwise of any staff
sourced through WorkersWeb.
Any injury, loss, damage or expense arising from the supply or failure to supply permanent or fixed term contract staff.
Any death, injury, loss or damage arising out of or caused by any act or omission of the candidate, whether or not such act is omission or negligent, and the Client indemnifies
WorkersWeb against any and all claims, actions, suits or demands out of what is referred to above.
